Initial consultation (30-minutes): Free

The first step in beginning services with Oh Happy Dog! consists of a “meet and greet” with you, your fur kid/s, and us. This will take place in your home. You and your pet/s will have the opportunity to interact with us and ensure we are a good match for each other. Information regarding your pet/s and any questions you may have should be shared at this time. You will also need to show us around certain areas of your home that apply to care for your pet/s so that we are set up for the upcoming visits. While wrapping up, a key/code to your home or way of entering/exiting the premises will be given to us at this time.

***Note: Please provide us with a house key during the initial consultation (unless you have a lock box outside or a code to enter your home). If a key is needed to be picked up or dropped off at your home outside of the initial consultation or a scheduled visit for your pet/s, there will be a $10 charge for each key pick-up/drop-off. Please make sure that the key provided works properly. 

Dog Walks or Dog Park Excursions:

Neighborhood walks can be scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm and are customized to fit your pup’s specific energy level. Or, maybe your pup loves dog park adventures and interacting with other fur friends? Their poop will always be scooped, paws will be wiped if necessary, fresh water, feeding, and/or a treat is given to your fur kid/s. We will also send you a text message update (with photos of your pet) to let you know how each visit goes!

Due to the peak hours of scheduled dog walks being between 10:00am-2:00pm, we offer a two-hour window for our arrival time to your home. For example: If your preferred time is 12:00pm, the two-hour window of when we will arrive will be between approximately 11:00am-1:00pm. We will always aim to arrive as close to your preferred time as possible but priority is given to clients who have a set schedule from week-to-week compared to occasional outings and changing schedules. 

Note: If you have more than one dog, we will happily care for up to 3 fur kids in the same home but there will be an ADDITIONAL FEE to exercise two or three pups from the same home. The fee (per pup) is an additional $5 if you have more than one dog. 

Daily Dog Walks (additional $5 for each extra fur kid):

Dog Park Excursions To The Local Park Near Your Home (additional $5 for each extra fur kid):

• One Hour (round trip) ……………….. $35

  ***Your pup/s must interact well with other dogs at the park in addition to being well-behaved while riding in the vehicle (often with one or two other fur friends).

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

To be fair to other clients, we appreciate cancellations as soon as you know you won’t need our services. At the latest, walks can be canceled by 7:00pm the evening before the day of the visit to not be charged. If cancelled after 7:00pm the evening before, or the same day as the visit, the full amount will be charged as we have blocked out that time for your pup/s and may have missed out on other pet visits. 

Pet-sitting/Overnight Stays In Your Home With your fur kid/s:

Overnight stays in your home begin around 7:00pm in the evening through 7:00am the next morning (times can be slightly adjusted if needed and agreed upon). This includes morning and evening walks/potty breaks, feedings, water-refills, and staying the night with your pets in your home. In addition, we can water your plants, bring in mail, turn lights on and off, adjust blinds and curtains, and take out the trash as needed (please mention if you'd like any of these specific tasks done).

Holiday Policy:

There is a holiday surcharge fee of $10 per visit/service on the following days: New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, The 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
